In the world of Allison

At the beginning of June Allison and I headed up to Oregon with Uncle Tom, Auntie Michele and Cousin B for Cousin Evan's highschool graduation. Daddy had to work so instead of sitting at home we decided to take this newly potty trained princess for one of the longest road trips of her life thus far. She did really good! No potty accidents and told us when she had to go. Thank goodness I took her potty with us because there was a couple of times we had to stop along side the road where there was no potty insight for miles. On the way home was a different story. She was way more crankyer( not sure if that is a word) and hated being in her seat but overall it was a good trip.

Cousin B getting her to tell mommy " no pictures!" as if she was a movie star

Some of us went for a walk down to the Rouge River.

This is Allison and Cousin Ethan. She was so good with everyone especially with the family that she does not see regularly. I guess I have a social butterfly on my hands

The river....

A tuckered out little girl...Still wanting to play video games with Little Bobby

In the next chapter of Allison's world was 4th of July. Every year I have taken her to downtown Modesto to see the 4th of July parade. It is the longest running parade in the state of California. Plus Great Grandpa Peanut has always been in it with his air plane crue.

It was supper hot that morning! But she was such a trooper

Next as a way to keep us occupied over the summer months I have started Allison in a gymnastics class and this month we started a mommy and me swim class. I thought it would be good for someone else to help teach her to swim and it was great excersise and relief for me to get in the pool being 9 months preggers and all...

Swam to the ball...look at me!
