A long over post for Charlotte

Things are going great in the world of having multiple kiddos. We all adjusted well as if Charlotte had been a part of out family all along. She did not stay this size for long as she was quickly growing and only wore a few of her newborn clothes once or twice.

Watching a little Tv with big sister

During her first month of life we had quite the busy schedule. We celebrate Ruby Lee's second birthday a little early so that her daddy could be around. He is in full harvest right now and is very hard to track down. With her first celebration came meeting all the aunts, uncles and cousins for the first time.

The Generation picture that is always taken after a new baby. This one will always be special because Josh was the first Marchy boy to have a girl as his first born...and now he has TWO GIRLS(Grandpa Peaunt, Grandma Tuddie, Joush with Charlie and Allison, Grandma Helen and Grandpa Louie; seated, Grandma Bernice and Papa ; standing)

The Marcy Clan with just Grandma Tuddie and Grandpa Peanut

There were plently of other firsts this month for Charlie. She had her first trip to the Swiss Hall for Schwingfest. She did very well considering it was quite warm outside.

Charlotte June has arrived!

Our baby girl has arrived! Charlotte June was born on 8/10/11 at 4:52am 8lbs 5oz 20in. A very determined little girl who graced us with her presence only 7 hours after the onset of labor.
Big sister Allison is doing great with only minor melt downs but she is a big helper non the less.
The whole family is adjusting well. Fred and Molly rarely sleep in the bedroom now...too much noise I guess :) Life as we know it has now changed...not one but two princess' to raise. Very hard to believe at times but I love it.

In the world of Allison

At the beginning of June Allison and I headed up to Oregon with Uncle Tom, Auntie Michele and Cousin B for Cousin Evan's highschool graduation. Daddy had to work so instead of sitting at home we decided to take this newly potty trained princess for one of the longest road trips of her life thus far. She did really good! No potty accidents and told us when she had to go. Thank goodness I took her potty with us because there was a couple of times we had to stop along side the road where there was no potty insight for miles. On the way home was a different story. She was way more crankyer( not sure if that is a word) and hated being in her seat but overall it was a good trip.

Cousin B getting her to tell mommy " no pictures!" as if she was a movie star

Some of us went for a walk down to the Rouge River.

This is Allison and Cousin Ethan. She was so good with everyone especially with the family that she does not see regularly. I guess I have a social butterfly on my hands

The river....

Allison on the rope swing with Great Uncle Lenard....I love this picture!

A tuckered out little girl...Still wanting to play video games with Little Bobby

In the next chapter of Allison's world was 4th of July. Every year I have taken her to downtown Modesto to see the 4th of July parade. It is the longest running parade in the state of California. Plus Great Grandpa Peanut has always been in it with his air plane crue.

It was supper hot that morning! But she was such a trooper

Next as a way to keep us occupied over the summer months I have started Allison in a gymnastics class and this month we started a mommy and me swim class. I thought it would be good for someone else to help teach her to swim and it was great excersise and relief for me to get in the pool being 9 months preggers and all...

Swam to the ball...look at me!

Baby Girl Marchy update

These are a little late but better late than never....

This is little sister's new bedding. I started putting her room together at about my 7 month mark. I just couldnt stand to look at a room that had no character to it. At this point its almost done and as soon as it is complete I will post another photo.

32 weeks

I looked at a picture of when I was preggers with Allison and I am slilghtly larger this time around. ( what would you say?) At this point everything is going well. My weight gain has slowed down a bit which is nice for me and baby sounds great everything time I hear her. However when I took my gluscose test; I passed that but my blood levels were low so I was put on a iron supplement. Not bad...I did not have any of the icky side effects from taking the iron.

At 32 weeks with Allison

When I was preggers with Allison I always wanted to take maternity photos. For whatever reason I was never able to and I thought this time I would. However I worked very hard at trying to coordinate a time and day that I could have Josh and Allison home with me to take these photos. After going back and forth with Josh I decided that maybe these photos were not meant to be. A good friend of ours had her daughters pictures taken by the woman who I was planning on using for these photos and after she talked with her we made a last minute appointment and she came out to the ranch and took them! I was very excited about this but I knew Josh was not however he was supportive and kept Allison occupied when she was not needed. Here is a sneak peak at the asweome photo shoot...( oh and this was on the eve before I hit the 36 week mark. I have an appointment thursday for a stat update)

week 26/27

Sorry we were a little late on the baby bump update with Easter and Mother's day but I thought that this picture would make the wait worth it....
Allison trying to be like mommy while daddy takes the picture...very cute!

Well as is well. Had our appointment last week. Other than baby laying low things are good. I was told however that I will have to stop doing major house cleaning as my body is telling me that I cant do very much of that right now. So we will be needing to get extra help with Allison and the cleaning.

Week 26 Stats:
+My weight is good....
+My Appetite is kinda blah. Things are starting to taste the same but I still like sweets.
+Wearing still a mix of preggo clothes and regular how ever most of my jeans and pants are preggo
+In my last trimester; three months left!
+Have caught Allison's cold and feel nauseas in the morning. Hoping its from the cold and drainage and not the morning sickness coming back

Our new home!

After months and months we have finally moved into our new home....
We moved in about a week after our lovely trip to texas and we did it in the rain. But it was now or never and we took the chance.
This home is much larger than the one in town but we have managed to occupy every square inch of it with all our stuff.
Its nice to be here in the quite and solitude minus all the creatures that come out at night. Allison is doing great and has not had any problems transitioning into her new room and new bed. Molly loves the space but at times think she is going into town when she gets in the truck; I know she loves the space but does not appreicate the other dogs when they take over hr porch or dog house.
